Welcome to PayAds Promotions Private Limited (“PayAds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our mobile application (“App”) or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and will be updated as needed.

2. Account Registration

• Create an account to access features of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details.
• Do not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

3. Platform Usage

3.1 For Advertisers, Influencers & Partners:

• You may promote products or services as per our guidelines.
• Content must be legal, ethical, and not infringe on any rights.

3.2 For Users:

• Users can like, share, or engage with ads.
• Points are rewarded for engagement. Fraudulent actions are prohibited.

4. Points & Earnings

• Earn PayAds Points for liking/interacting with ads.
• Points can be used for running ads or withdrawn once a minimum threshold is reached.
• Rates and policies are subject to change.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals require reaching the minimum threshold.
• Payouts are processed to verified bank or UPI accounts.
• KYC may be mandatory. Fraud may result in suspension.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or promote content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful, or violates IP rights. We reserve the right to remove such content.

7. Commission & Fees

We may charge fees or commissions for promotions, withdrawals, or other services. These charges will be visible and subject to updates.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for policy violations or fraudulent behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of the App. Ad performance or earnings are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our App, you consent to our data practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
