Account Deletion Policy

This Account Deletion Policy outlines how users can request the deletion of their account and what happens to their data and earnings upon deletion.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account with PayAds Promotions Private Limited ("PayAds"), please follow these steps:

• Send an account deletion request via email to payads.info@gmail.com using your email ID with your account details.

2. What Happens After Deletion

• Your profile, personal data, ad history, and engagement records will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7–10 business days.
• Any unused points or pending balances will be forfeited unless a withdrawal request is made before account deletion.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. You will need to register again to use PayAds services.

3. Withdrawal Before Deletion

If your point balance has reached the minimum withdrawal threshold, you are advised to request withdrawal before submitting a deletion request.

• Once deleted, you will lose access to your account and any remaining balance.

4. Verification

We may verify your identity before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

In some cases, we may retain limited information if required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or legal disputes.
